Dear Troll,

There was a time in the past when I would have believed what you said about me, and I would have been easily hurt by what you said. But now, I know who I am, what I am about, and I am in touch with what matters.

So thank you. I am deeply grateful to you for reminding me of how far I have come and how much work I have done.

Also, I know people call you "troll," but I know you also have a story, and I just want to remind you that you are not what people say you are. You are so much more than that.
